These terms govern use of the EgyptGoods website and purchases from the store. The site is operated by Bear Appliances E-Commerce, Ltd., a single-member limited liability company registered under commercial registration number 300304.

Use of the site

Use the site lawfully and do not disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access or introduce harmful content. Order details must be accurate and complete, and the buyer must be legally able to enter the transaction or act under guardian supervision.

Products, prices and availability

We take reasonable care with product specifications, prices and availability. Colors can vary slightly by screen. Final price, shipping and payment options appear before order confirmation. We are not bound by an order containing an obvious material price or description error; we will contact you to correct it or cancel the affected part and refund any payment.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is not final acceptance. We may verify contact details, address and availability. An order is accepted when confirmed for preparation or dispatch. We may refuse an order for suspected fraud, misuse, lack of stock or unavailable delivery and will refund any payment received.

Payment

Payment methods shown at checkout apply, including cash on delivery for eligible areas and any online provider activated later. Online processing is also subject to the terms of the provider displayed.

Shipping, returns and warranty

The published Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy apply. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights under Egyptian law.

Intellectual property

The site, design and content owned by us are protected by law and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission. Third-party marks and images remain the property of their owners.

Liability

We do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the transaction was made.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future use and publish the update date. Transactions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the competent Egyptian courts, while consumers retain the right to contact the Consumer Protection Agency.
