Coverage

We deliver within the Arab Republic of Egypt, subject to courier coverage and the delivery options available at checkout.

Minimum order

The minimum order value is EGP 200.

Shipping fees

Delivery is free for eligible orders within Egypt where courier service is available. No delivery fee is charged to the customer.

Estimated time

The usual estimate is 3–5 business days after confirmation. Remote areas, operational conditions or holidays can take longer, and we will contact you about a material delay. The estimate is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Confirmation and address

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the name, phone, governorate, area and address. Incorrect information or failure to respond to the courier may delay delivery or cause the parcel to be returned.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available when shown at checkout and for eligible areas. Please have the order amount ready at delivery.

Delivery issues

If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, photograph the packaging and product and contact +20 103 951 9856 or support@egyptgoods.com promptly. This practical notice request does not limit mandatory defect rights.

Changes and cancellation

Request changes or cancellation before the parcel is handed to the courier. After dispatch, the applicable return and refund process applies.
