Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Warranty Policy

This policy applies to EgyptGoods purchases in Egypt and is interpreted with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its executive regulations. Mandatory statutory rights prevail over any conflicting term.

Return or exchange within 14 days

Subject to statutory exceptions, a consumer may request the exchange or return of an eligible product and receive its value within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason and without additional cost. Keep the product, accessories, invoice and condition available for eligibility inspection.

Defective products within 30 days

If a defect appears within 30 days of delivery, the consumer may request exchange or return and refund without additional cost as provided by law. When the legal conditions apply, we process the request within the statutory period and refund through a method appropriate to the original payment.

Exceptions

The right to return without a reason may not apply in statutory exception cases, including products whose nature or characteristics changed through use beyond what is necessary for inspection, custom-made products or other cases defined by law. These exceptions do not remove rights for defective or non-conforming products.

How to make a request

Contact support@egyptgoods.com or WhatsApp +20 103 951 9856 within the applicable period. Send the order number, a description and photos or video where needed. We will explain collection or shipping and will register the request before asking you to send the product.

Warranty

Unless a product page states otherwise, EgyptGoods provides a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects after inspection. It does not cover misuse, breakage, liquid or unsuitable electrical damage, tampering or use contrary to instructions, without limiting statutory defect rights.

Complaints

We aim to resolve complaints directly. Consumers retain the right to contact the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency if a resolution is not reached.
