Delivery

The minimum order is EGP 200. Delivery is free within Egypt where courier service is available, and cash on delivery is available depending on the area and shipping method. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Exchanges and returns

Eligible items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days under the store policy, and defective goods within 30 days. Please contact us as soon as you notice any damage or defect.
